Technical Product Owner

Job description

Who we are

ViaEurope is an e-logistics provider that enables numerous global online retailers to deliver millions of products to Europe day by day. Although we have been in the business for 6 years already, the company still operates and grows with a start-up mindset. We move fast when opportunities arise and markets demand. State-of-the-art technology is at the very core of our strategy and is also behind our connected warehouses across Europe. We embrace complexity by transforming it into streamlined processes, a smart, user-friendly web platform – and a consistently growing business.

How we work

As Product Owners, we play a pivotal role in driving impactful change and solving problems at ViaEurope. We collaborate independently with stakeholders, our domain experts, and our in-house engineering team. By leveraging data and invaluable user feedback, we attain profound insights and wholeheartedly take ownership of every project. In our hybrid team, we craft roadmaps,  create and prioritize well-sized, concise and actionable tickets, ensure great UI/UX and assess the quality of implemented features before launch. Facilitating an intense and open collaboration with all participants, be it developers or prospective users, is key to our success.

What we expect from you

The role of the Technical Product Manager for the integration of digital customs clearance across multiple EU countries is at the heart of one of the most crucial areas of the company. Careful and concise planning, along with a constant collaboration with our Customs Specialists and our dedicated developer team is paramount to turn regulatory and business needs into rock-solid implementations. Features can only be launched when they can match your quality standard, users are educated and documentation is written. Your art lies in efficiently distilling maximum value with minimal effort while enjoying the journey.
